Belgrade Squash Club
From 29. August to 02 September our team of juniors participated on first Squash Festival in Bursa, Turkey. Beside Serbia, this year, players and trainers from Ukraine also participated.
Mr. Mustafa Bozbey, the Mayor, and President of the Turkish Developing Sports Branches Federation Mr. Hasan Ozturk, festival organisers, excepts many countries all over the world to be invited in years to come.
Mr. Mustafa Bozbey, the Mayor, gives extraordinary support to develop Squash. In next 4-6 months project which consists of 10 courts, 2 of which are glass, is expected to be completed, and Sports Hotel with 62 rooms has been recently opened. There are plans for unique, one in the world complex with 24 courts. With all these projects, Bursa is planning to host World and European Championships and many other squash events.
After spending 4 days there – we are sincerely hope that they will succeed!
